Motor Vehicle Accidents

Motor vehicle accidents can cause a variety of problems. You may have injuries like whiplash, sprains, and strains, not to mention the emotional trauma involved. Your physician can refer you for massage therapy as a part of your treatment. Your physician must complete an AB-2 Form and submit this form directly to your insurance company. Bring a copy of this form with you at your first appointment.

MVAs Insurance Claims

At this time there is not direct billing for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) massage treatments, therefore you will pay for each treatment upfront and as you go. Once you receive confirmation from your insurance company that you will be covered and for how many treatments, you can then submit your receipts and receive reimbursement. A complete assessment before the treatments can begin is required.
