Meet Claudia

When I chose to study in the health field I couldn't have imagined that being a health professional would take me so far. Now you might think I'm speaking of geographic distances, but I would say it's more about discovering new ways in communicating and relationships. Without having had the chance to improve these skills my degree would only be a piece of paper and my profession just a job. I believe I have still more to discover on my way, can't wait to see what will come next.
I graduated as a Therapist of Rehabilitation from Azienda Tutela Salute Cagliari in Sardinia, Italy in 1996 and I am still a member of the Federazione Nazionale Ordini as a registered physical therapist in Italy.
I have worked extensively in private clinics with a specialization in manual therapy, massage therapy, orthopedics, post-surgery interventions, neuromotor rehabilitation. In 2005 I started learning more about autism and related disorders attending courses and workshops coached by highly qualified professionals in the field like Erin Brooker Lozott, Michela Figini Myers, Francesca Degli Espinosa, Marco de Caris.
I have been practicing muscle alignment techniques since my arrival in Canada in 2013, as a certified STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapist.
In my last six years of intense practice with different modalities, I have developed new therapeutic approaches and techniques which are both facilitating my clients' lives and becoming the foundation for training and coaching health practitioners.
Since I became a regular member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and of the Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec in 2018, my passion for Alternative Medicine has been growing consistently, I am a certified Reiki Master from Mount Royal University and I found in Reiki the last piece of the puzzle I missed so far in practicing Energy Healing.
After years of practicing physical and massage therapy in Italy, I am very excited about living in Calgary with my husband and children.
In my free time, I like traveling with my family, gathering with friends, drawing, reading, listening to music, and watching movies.

MEET FILIPPO

I graduated in 2020 at Catholic Central High School in Lethbridge, and I was ready to jump into my secondary education path. Unfortunately the pandemic of 2020 hit hard every area of our daily life, so I decided to work for a while waiting for things get better and be able to attend school in person.

I have been always interested in technology and my deep passion is music, however, according to my family and friends I have a natural talent for helping people to reduce their body pain with my hands.

I decided to join the Lethbridge College and take some classes of Anatomy and Physiology in 2022 and I am now attending the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University in Calgary.

I also found really interesting the holistic medicine, I have seen the amazing results of some reiki sessions on myself and others, and I decided to start this path taking my Reiki First Level at The Janas Tree.

When I am not at work, I love taking walks, free climbing, playing with my dogs Momo and Yuna, and travelling.
